Hi!  I’m Doctor Blake Putman and wow, do I have some super exciting news for you. I'm going to be an independent doctor in Caro, MI.

Now a lot of people ask me, what does that mean? That means, I'm here to serve you as the patient in any way that I can.  Just like I was called to do as a family doctor, and like family doctors are supposed to do. Whether you need a home visit, office visit, whether you have insurance or you don't have insurance, I'm here to make sure that your health care visits are taken care of.
